Wait is this just a BDSM thing or an actual abuse case? I'm confused now.
Because the whole BDSM sex "slave" thing is goddamn hot... I'm guessing this isn't like that though... from what I hear it's a case of a woman being abused by a repubicunt.
If it were just a BDSM thing then so fucking what?

Perhaps, but then again, she evidently got a hell of a lot more than she bargained for; I'm sure if there are BDSM people on this forum, they could explain that, even if she was into the prospect of an O-like lifestyle, Sparks crossed a lot of lines that shouldn't be crossed. Like it or not, in this case, the contract only has as much weight as the two people involved allow it to, because there's no way in Heaven, Hell, or Nevada that a sex slavery contract is legally binding (not since they passed the 13th Amendment).
Well if lines were crossed then that's not acceptable and that is 100% abusive.
Also, you can't consent for future actions. There should always be a way to say "stop" or "no". You can't, say, agree to being fucked beforehand, and sign to agree that you're not allowed to change your mind later. Being able to say "stop" or "no" to sex at any point, is a basic human right. Doesn't fucking matter what you sign, there should always be a way out.
