The problem with being intolerant of homosexuality from a religious perspective is that the subjective bias is overwhelming while logic has been forsaken..  There is no objectivity, as should be expected.  For instance, I am rationally objectively intolerant of religion on the grounds that fantastical mythologies should not govern our lives.

It's a matter of perspective, in that sense, you are right.

However, I believe data that is not spoken about does show it's psychological and not genetic. That's objective wise.

I believe philosophically, it doesn't make sense to make this the one exception of an evil that would be evil where it not that no will can change the state.

So we are left with solely the dialogue on whether or not this state if chosen is right for human or wrong for human to take.

So, again, for clarity, what exactly is it that you find wrong about a guy loving the peen?
