Not all of us can get 'fixed', you know... (and infact many cannot be 'complete' due to a number of factors)... and any transexxual who would like to bear their own children is so out of luck (which is a lot of them, judging from the polls i've seen).
And just as not all transexuals are the same: not all conjoined twins are the same. Some of them infact are lucky enough that they can be separated.
And being as I am currently far closer to this body than I would like: I can currently empathize quite well with their situation. Your ignorance, on the other hand... is eternal
