American workers' wages stagnant, even in a great economy: why?

You are free to do so in your business... There are those advocating that this is a good business model. I think that you should try putting your money where your mouth is.  Of course, you will have to compete with countries like China as well.

And I will not respond any further because that is not an answer. It is a scapegoat to derail from the real problem, which you fail to recognize. But by all means, continue as you were.

Ok... so not your business then. I would say, that if I’m getting paid equally to others (or not much more), I would be working less, with less stress, and less responsibility. Or looking for another job that paid more. This is a big problem with unions. They have had their place, but they have driven companies into the ground as well.
