Hardly, it's a discussion regarding knowledge..and specifically in response to comments about what we can or can't know.
"I don't know even the tiniest bit one way or another but I don't believe" is just as -atheist- as "I know for sure, and no". Explaining why your objection to my knowing that there is no god is inconsistent with what you, yourself, are comfortable with knowing.. isn't a comment on whether or not you or anyone else is "atheist enough".
