Haha something like that, he allowed it to be appear like people can kill him, only to surprise them that he didn't leave the world and is still alive, in which by all standards of humans he should have died and been gone.
Then God took him to higher realm in which he will return one day, to help restore the world to balance and the justice promised to the world.
