Short and sweet. Yes Paul was evil. Paul does evil and does sin as the verse stated. Paul accepts the evil in him, and that evil is with him. What the verse doesn’t say is that sin can be good. Sin by definition is evil if God is good. We’re probably going to have to save this for a sidebar because we are supposed to be in genesis.
