As such, I'd like to see him charged with filing a false police report, solicitation to commit a crime of violence and inciting to riot and fined disproportionately heavy.
I don't think that his intent is hard to prove. It was a false flag attack that he tried to pin on white Trump supporters. Obviously, anger toward white Trump supporters was intended.
