Honestly I haven't been following the details closely at all. If he coached his would be attackers to wear a certain outfit, in a recorded conversation/email with them; or in some other provable way then I would agree. If he just identified his "white maga wearing attackers" all by his lonesome, then there's no way to prove his intent. He could have been capitalizing on whatever was galvanizing on the news at the time (kid in maga hat at native american parade). If it had been done right after a trench coat wearing goth kid shot up a school he could have chosen that as a galvanizing description for more sympathy. Keyword being to incite sympath. If you want to late out evidence for a case of his intent I'll listen and might agree.
