I hate to even move into this argument as it never ends...but apparently with the kids dying who are being held near the Trumpster's wall, I am thinking dead kids mean less and less to some politicians. If they ever mattered at all. Does it matter if they die from bullets or from being held like abandoned animals with little sanitation or health care - dead is dead especially if it could have been prevented.

It's being -seen- to be doing something (one way or the other) about it that matters. That's why gun control plans never have to contain any mechanism by which they'd reduce whatever it is they were written in response to.
