You're still allowing visitors, you're just not allowing family visitors - which is probably the worst aspect of covid as it relates to nursing homes.
Your nursing home couldn't operate without support from the outside world, which is rejecting masks and social distancing...and that's one of the ways that facilities which don't allow visitors have been gutted by covid. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that you and yours are doing your best - but that doesn't mean that the rest of us are.
