So, sure, we could go with 12. We could go with any number we want. We could say one, or zero. Part of the problem. It's certainly zero or approaching zero by the metrics police can refer to for justification. Another part of the problem.
It's not exactly impressive when a systemically racist institution that doesn't keep numbers on this stuff insists, falsely -or- truthfully, that most of it's shootings are justified.
