This is why I really don't like anyone in the world equating religion to a race, or ethnicity or culture. Sammy Davis Jr was a black Jew. Richard Gere calls himself a Buddhist and he is bone white. Not even the word "atheist" denotes a skin tone or nationality. Reginald Finley, many may know as "The Infidel Guy" is a black atheist. I've also run into online former Hindus now atheists who were born and raised in India and still live there. I have a friend who was born and still lives in Pakistan who is of olive skin tone who is an atheist.
Nobody can help what skin tone they were born with, but it is always possible for anyone in the world to question the religion they are surrounded by and decide they no longer believe it.
