It doesn't imply any such thing.  Psaki was covering her ass after being called on the carpet for her comments.  It says that parties on both sides have shared that desire, but a) that desire could be filled with or without a separate branch of the military, and b) it doesn't say that the bipartisan nature of the issue is why Biden has stayed pat -- he's been more than happy to abandon any concerns with bipartisanship when it suits him.  Following on the heels of a statement affirming Biden's support, it simply clarifies that this is not a partisan issue exclusive to Biden and the Democrats.  That's all.   So what we have is you with your fifth-grade education inferring things that cannot legitimately be inferred because you're a moron with bad reading comprehension.

watch the video. it doesn't matter why she said what she said.. what is important is what she said (the bit about it being a bipartisan issue) is the reason why she said the biden admin is supporting the space force. she also said it was almost a unanimous decision made by the house and senate and as such would be on congress to make such a change. (IE the president does not have the power to revoke or shut down the space force on his own.) argument is over.

She hasn't said that is the reason. Biden hasn't said that is the reason. Only you say that's the reason, and you're neither Biden nor Jen Psaki.

Was Psaki implying that? Only Psaki and Biden know. The only way to know is to show a statement from Psaki or Biden clearly showing that. Show me that or shut the fuck up.
