Why do you hate God?

There are parents who don't teach their children about Father Christmas, because they don't like the idea. Would you say these people hate Santa Claus?

So, can I ask you, do you hate the idea of god and why?

Of course I hate the idea of God (if I didn't, I wouldn't be a positive atheist). As to why, you claim to have done research into atheism, so I'll presume you're familiar with the arguments. That being the case, I'll just give you a few highlights:

-The idea of infinite punishment for finite sins.

-Infant damnation.

-Exclusion.

-The abrogation of personal responsibility.

-Gaps.

-Conflict with science.

-Logical inconsistencies.

-Prayer.
