President Biden orders mass deportation of immigrants

Why? It is not an either/or thing for me. I can completely understand, be it Afghani or Haitian migrants wanting to escape oppression and starvation. And I hate the GOP's blanket attitude of "fuck the outsider". But the truth is we simply cannot process everyone that wants to come here at the volume they do come here. 

Biden does not have a zero tolerance attitude like the GOP does. It is a matter of math and priorities. They are still giving priority to the most vulnerable. There is no utopia in all this. If I had my way I'd welcome everyone. But the volume, math and funding simply isn't there to match the pace of demand. 

Trump vilifies anyone who wants to come here regardless of their reasons. Biden is simply looking at what he can and cannot do. 

It is no different than prioritizing a ship at sea and prioritizing the life boats. Ugly under any circumstances. But what Biden is doing isn't bigoted or racist. If Trump were president, nobody whom isn't a white Republican would get in. Biden is allowing both Haitians and Afghanis to apply for refuge. But just like a glass, it can only hold so much water. 

Our system unfortunately isn't set up to process the volume at a practical rate to give everyone what they want. If you want to blame anyone for that, blame the GOP for putting billionaires above humanity.

You CAN process them. You CAN afford to do so. Don’t be so fucking naive. 

While Biden may not be a racist, he’s still doing precisely what Trump did - sacrificing refugees for political expediency. Shame on him for doing it and shame on you for defending it.

I am NOT disagreeing with you! But who is to blame for that lack of budget? If Jeff Bezos, or billionaires in general for the past 40 years cared more about humanity than their tax breaks WE COULD AFFORD WHAT YOU SAY.
