Um no. Biden is not doing what America did in WW2 turning away the St Louis.

Biden is doing more like what the Captain of the Titanic did in knowing there were not enough spots on it's lifeboats and prioritized. It is a horrible decision to make for sure. 

Our system is a a result of the GOP building the Titanic and putting the Captain in the horrible position of prioritizing.
