Nope totally different case. Rendering aid to a country in a natural disaster is not equivalent to taking on refugees from a war you were the majority participant in. Nor is defending another country from invasion equal to you taking the most refugees from a war you were the majority participant in. Sorry, this false equivalence doesn't work.
