Fortunately he went section 8 and they threw his ass out of the service.


You can' t train people to perfection.

All you can do is have a system in place to clean up the mess when they' re done fucking up. 

Or - you can mandate useless training and piss off the workers to the point they get sick of your bullshit and leave for greener pastures.
