Are we sure he's even capable of the sort of reasoning sufficient to reach the same conclusion you did? The more I read Biker's posts, the more convinced I become that Biker's understanding of politics (especially ideas that go beyond his particularly batshit brand of libertarianism) is devoid of substance. He seems to understand just enough to justify his attempts at zingers, but beyond that, very little.
