That depends on the charge. With a very few exceptions, a criminal conviction is not a bar from seeking or holding office.

Yeah, I know. Still, he has pretty much done many bad things. I know he is mentally ill and all, but other than that, I do not know why he would want to regain the power of the presidency, just to do bad things to the USA...
