I expect him to transfer some assets and flee to a Caribbean or Central American country with no agreement for whatever is called a forced legal re-emigration.

It’s bizarre that they haven’t made him surrender his passport. If a defendant was ever a flight risk, it’s this guy.

nothing better could conceivably happen to the US then trump fleeing prosecution to a hostile country,  because that will utterly destroy the republican party,  which will safeguard american democracy and thus benefit the US far more profoundly than any secret he might remember to betray could possibly damage the US.
