Im about to ignore 13 pages of text and just going on what the OP said. I found his argument striking because it was the same argument I used about 22 years ago against a religious guy whom I agreed too to sit down with on one afternoon,... have a beer, and dicuss these things. My argument was:
"If god created everything... then who created god?"... hench the parrallel with the OP. Sad on one part that religious folks 22 years later still piss on this and dont take logic for what it is,... logical.
But ... I understand... See how I write his name... -is it a name or a title?-... god.
I do not use the capital -G-,... I write is with a -g-... god not God.
Yet I catch myself, while writing of religion, all the time that i write -god- with a capital -G- all the time. and then I have to correct myself.
You see,... I have a catholic background and my teachers always told me to write the word -god- with a capital G. But as an Atheist I refuse that,... yet it is so burned in,... that when I am typing very fast... I still use the G when writing it by accident,... because I was learned too do it that way. My logic goes against it, yet my force of habbit complains.
There is a name for it.... indoctrination... and in this case it is nothingmore but just a simple letter... the g or G....
a letter,.... so how about ideas'?
You reader,... reflect on yourself ... and see what has indoctronated you.
Your upper and lower case g's have nothing to do with the OP, habit is not indoctrination. No person can even conceive in the slightest what eternity is, so how is it you believe that you can understand who God is and why He exists, I know you do not believe, but that was your argument wasn't it.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
