I know one little niece of mine who would absolutely love that for xmas! I think it's intended to teach responsible dog ownership or something, through the medium of every kid's favourite subject.
Mind you, if you think that's bad enough, try this little novelty which came out over here some years ago:

Yes, that's a "Sweet Poo Pooing Reindeer". Those uncomfortable looking brown lumps are chocolate coated raisins, or else jelly beans, and the reindeer does indeed - er, dispense them, in the manner you are now imagining.
