Doesn't. I've had to practice a lot to get my voice where I want it. I still have to watch myself to bring it up an octave or two from time to time. I can still do a deep, manly sounding voice if I want to, but it sounds really freaky (my boyfriend said "it's like a kitten barking!"). There is a surgery that's supposed to be able to help with voice, but with enough practice and know-how, it isn't really needed. It's just a trick of learning to speak through your head instead of through your chest.
Candi here was really encouraging for me when I started and she gives a lot of great voice tips on her channel.

Although, hormones do change voice for trans men. They get that deep, manly voice when they get onto testosterone.
