If you were the kind of twerp who wants to pretend stuff you could pretend its an exclusive statement barring non Blacks from involvement past present or future. But it doesn't mean that - its drawing attention to the main developing culture.
Must we never say that white people as a group have developed something. I love traditional Scottish music and I would say 'although having non white influence' it is white music racist? No
This is not a discriminatory remark - just as saying white people have some gifts to give the world doesn't make one a racist.
Pretending it is racist however - that's dumb

No amount of pretending that attributing attributes to races is racism is going to get you out of the fact that your just trying to pretend Im a racist to disprove something I said.
