OK, so, let's review. Mary conceived prior to 4 BC and gave birth after 6 AD.

It's a 10 year pregnancy!

It's a miracle! ...or something.

You know, I recently read a Naruto Fanfic where Sakura gave birth twice after pregnancies that lasted, at most, a single month, and, in both cases, the children were in their teens within, at most, a day after being born. Seriously, a 10-year pregnancy is at least a step up.
