If I am interpreting your choice to use that image correctly, you are trying to say something like the way to do what I just said is with a gun.

It is a possibility, but there are a lot of problems with the idea of carrying a gun around with you and personally, I think what women should do is learn how to kill a man efficiently and quickly with her bare hands.

That sounds more impossibly badass than I mean it to. It is totally easy and practical to do, as long as one has the money to pay for the classes. Well, damn. That's depressing. One's ability to do it depends on her socioeconomic status.

I don't actually see that the photo admits of any other interpretation.

It takes a great deal of training and regular practice to be able defend oneself without a weapon. And if your attacker is 6' 2" and 250 lbs. then your chances of success are not good. If the assailant is armed, your odds drop alarmingly. If there is more than one assailant, you're screwed.

You see, there is a martial art that will teach exactly what I suggested every woman should know, that is inherently designed so that it just works, and size difference and strength difference makes very little difference whatsoever, definitely not one of significance.

I know, because I have been trained in that exact martial art, and I have personally used the techniques, primarily against guys that were above average in terms of physical fitness and strength, and against some guys that were HUGE and insanely fit and strong. And when I applied the absolute most efficient technique to shut down a potential attacker against them... guess what? None of those things changed a damn thing. It worked. And the thing I am suggesting specifically is basically choking them to death, by the way, which would be incredibly easy to do if you attacker did not expect you to do that, and most potential rapists specifically select targets that they think will be easy and not resist.

I am not saying that this would work in every situation. But if for some reason, women did this when they could not get away from their attacker, if they just did what I am suggesting, so many of them would not be raped, it is staggering.

Please name that martial art. Or you will be 'wrong on the internet'.
