I happen to agree, for the most part. I can't imagine having to grow up an orphan. But your last sentence puzsles me; why isn't it enough to say that stealing from orphans (or indeed from anyone worse off than yourself) is an awful thing to do regardless of what your or anyone's religion says? Are you saying that if Islam didn't mention it, there would be nothing to stop you from stealing from orphans?
