What are you talking about? Satan knew if we were tempted to sin, we would do it: So he tempted us out of his hate for us, which leads to Hell, meaning Satan is responsible for every last death, and every single soul in the Lake of Fire. Did God do it? No, he just gave us a free-will and mankind did not obey the perfect Go.

If God were a murderer, he wouldn't offer eternal life, and only not give it to people who don't want it.
