Because youre a minor you'll probably not have a lot of choice in the matter so keep your head down.
Some possible techniques for keeping sane:
Start learning theist arguments and how they will try to appeal to you/scare you back into the fold to immunize yourself from appeals to emotions and fear.
Look at church as a research opportunity. Take lots of notes about what's said, especially if it leads back to a common theist argument or appeal to emotion. Your folks will probably be happy you're paying attention and you get to learn how to construct rebuttles to the sermon.
Ask LOTS of questions. Especially about the sermon you just left. Ask hard questions your family will have trouble rebutting. If you ask too many questions that might let you stay home.
All else fails, keep your mouth shut and head down and tough it out, especially if the repercussions will be severe.
