I think the idea of properly implemented church/state separation is best. Let people believe what they want, but religious views shouldn't factor into politics. You don't pass laws because some book says this thing is good, and this thing is bad. The groups most likely wanting to ban religions other than their own, are ironically religious people. Most atheists wouldn't want to just turn the tables on people. We're not going to put christians in concentration camps, or whatever they think would happen if this country was treated like the secular country it's supposed to be.
