Thor, how do you perceive and comprehend things? Last time I checked, my way of perceiving and comprehending was through my five senses; sight, smell, sound, touch, and taste. These are all components of experiencing human life, and are the most effective way to communicate anything to us; by appealing to one or more of the five senses. That is how 'life' is the message. Derp derp.

Yes, we experience life through our senses. How does this mean that some deity is communicating with us through "life"? This makes no sense whatsoever.

How about this? If your deity wants to communicate with us he could do so by SPEAKING to us. Or is that too difficult for him?

And my point is that, if atheism is such a grand enlightenment for you, why are you not more willing to share it with your brother? If it is something that would benefit him, why not share it? It may anger, insult, or hurt him, but in the long run wouldn't he thank you? If he accepted atheism and it turned out to be as beneficial as you claim it to be?

I promote free thinking, not trying to impose your views on someone else. If they were to ask me why I'm an atheist I would be happy to tell them. But I'm not going to start a conversation I know they don't want to have.
