Actually that's highly arguable. Christian slavers often as not bough their slaves from Muslims. Slavery was a common feature of Islamic societies from the beginning of Islam and continued in some until well into the twentieth century.

Which part is highly arguable? because in this country - and that's the ONLY country I've referenced, it is an entirely fair statement. Even if you are nit picking the fact that baptist ministers themselves didn't pull African natives from their houses doesn't change the fact that Christians were willing accomplices to slavery. Nope, not once did he suggest that Christianity was a Nordic religion..and it obviously isnt one. Nordics wrote great religious stories, mid eastern just tossed trashy poetry and war stories together. nordics made good lists of do's and dont's (such as not riding your sleigh on the first ice), where as Jesus and Jehovah are made to put forth stupid rules (like the ten commandmnets saying "dont boil a kid in its mothers milk")

The whole point of this debacle is simply that I recently noticed how dedicated inner city black people are to worshiping the almighty .... you know, the one that ignored their great great great grand father's prayers about returning home and setting his wife free and being reunited with his stolen children.

True ... and even then, like now, racial cleansing takes place all through Africa often in the name of holiness and/or purity. Which only serves to bolster my point about religion being tied to race for all time. Something amkerboy can't seem to wrap his tiny mind around.

The debate here is not who has done more slavery. There's little doubt that slavery has been around since humans could string sentences together. My OP was not in regards to all this. My OP was, WHY would a black person born and raised in America, knowing what he knows about our history, worship a god that supports the racist white people that enslaved his entire race in this country?
