Technically, there would have to be penetration not just sex. But either way, teh pronz did not penetrate her with it's 3Dness.

Involuntary impregnation without a sexual act is not rape. You are stretching this way too far to suit your argument.

He's not, it does (at least in this case, in Utah). Notice that in this instance the process of insemination itself was voluntary and yet still constitutes rape (because of the specifics of the agreement). Rightly so. There doesn't even have to be impregnation for it to be rape. Involuntary penetration is enough. And not necessarily penetration by a perpetrator's body part either. A pencil, a pebble, or just anything, is enough to constitute rape if it was involuntarily inserted. As mentioned up to and including unwanted french kisses. So rape doesn't even have to involve physical sexual organs. At all.
Yes, penetration. She didn't mention being penetrated. She said she watched it. She did not mention any sensation of penetration or anything apart from later finding out she was pregnant. I'm not saying she didn't make the claim elsewhere, but what you posted does not even imply rape.

These threads got me hugely interested and I completely mixed more than 1 of them up in my head. Sometimes you can read something over what is there, and not even realize it. Thank you. At least Mary had epiphanies! Well, this woman had a baby... That must be the epiphany then. But the most tragic part is that this innocent baby is now branded a child of the devil. By its mother, no less! And that makes my blood boil!  Imagine that: being betrayed by your mother on the day you were born! |
