Komen Foundation, which is a major proponent of breast cancer research had announced plans to discontinue funding for Planned Parenthood, which also works on women's health issues, because some sack-of-shit, republicanazi, anti-abortion cocksucker had started an "investigation" of Planned Parenthood.

After a brief internet riot they have backtracked.

There was an article in my local paper today about that whole thing, going on and on about how the local affiliate of the Komen Foundation had never been associated with Planned Parenthood in the past - thus it was a "non-issue" for the community.
