 You don't have to pay? So go already,what are you, meshuga? Who says Israel has to be your only destination? Have long stop overs each way. Besides, people are people everywhere. Any travel will enrich you if you let it. Sorry Summer,in this case I think you are being a bit of a snotty brat. 
You're not their puppet and do not have to do what they ask.
And it is quite absurd what they're demanding -- if you don't want to visit there, then you simply don't want to visit there. That reason should be good enough for them as it is good enough anywhere else. Frankly, I agree with you. I'd demand to be paid to go to that little region of the world for any length of time and compensated for every minute I spend there or else not go at all. Well, you can't go once you turn 27, right? So just stall them until then and that will be the end of it. Or you could take the more direct approach and just tell them to go fuck themselves, but I assume that since you haven't done that already, you aren't considering that option.

England, and then The Amaz!ng Meeting in Vegas - can't get much better. If I can hole up with someone, I'll hit Dragon*Con in Atlanta too. Way better ways to spend Vaca time.
Eh....no one ever confused England with Vegas. For one thing the weather is much better in Vegas.
