Agreed. The guy in this vid is off his meds or something. It looks like he did it just because he could. Its definitely assault. Dude needs to be psyche evalued.

I think we can all agree that we can only guess what went through his mind when he tried to throw her.
This man probably has some sort of a mental illness, or is under serious drugs.
One can only guess. Saying, this assault has no set motive we can set a starting point to.
