Special pleading.
Why would god have a better vantage point, a vantage point from which it could see past the illusion? Try to "explain" that without resorting to any statement or claims of knowledge, which I will remind you, are an illusion (as you are an illusion, and as this post is an illusion).

So you're a weak athiest. That's fair enough. However as a weak athiest you must accept the possibility that God/God's could exist.

Stating a god created the universe is distinct from explaining how it created it. Right now you've got a statement, not an explanation.

You're assuming there had to be a 'before reality', as if that's not nonsense. There is, always was, and always will be.... everything. There is no 'before existence'. That concept doesn't even make sense.

No. You don't understand atheism. There's a possibility, but there's also a possibility that there is a whole race of watermelon-cannon people that left me on this planet to fight crime. The chance is slim and not worth it.

If god made the universe (I use this term to mean everything that exists) where was he before he made it? It makes no kind of sense!
