A poe is someone who takes up an extreme position in a discussion without actually believing in it.

actually, to be called a poe is a backhanded compliment, its implies the accused is arguing more intelligently than expected, therefore they must be a fake. How would a "poe" be detected otherwise?

Well also, a poe can say anything completely absurd and it still be believable as being advocated by a Fundamentalist...though in actuality, if someone really believed in Poe's Law, they'd be kind of gullible.

A fundamentalist is honestly that dumb and doesn't pretend otherwise. A cherry picker is very nearly that dumb but pretends to be far smarter.

So you haven't been reading the responses to your statements? You certainly haven't been answering questions very well. Find the tabs that indicate the pages in the thread, then go back and read. When you have finished answering questions, we can move on.

Did your life bring joy to others?"). For instance, there was a guy recently who saved two childeren who were being swept out to sea by the tide, but then he ended up drowning. He will be remembered as kind and brave, you see?
