I'd never condone her death, but she needs to be charged with something. Now.
She needs to be charged with something.... how about 100,000 volts?

Too quick.
Sores festering all over her body from AIDS treatments denied, knowing her unworthy life is all she has or would ever have, and it is slipping inexorably away, bring the nothingness ever loomingly closer.
Let her contemplate the relentless taking away of all she ever had, and all she would ever have, because it irks someone else that she be treated.

I really am shocked at this willingness to espouse torture and murder. Prison is the proper course of action.

Yes. I am against murder, capital punishment, the works. I find the whole idea of it abhorrent. We have no right to claim the lives of others as our own, and my personal feelings on the matter don't change that. How could the victim being my family member justify their murder objectively?

This person may have the creds to claim to be a doctor. However, in violation of an oath......do no harm...this isn't a doctor.
Should be brought up before the AMA immediately without hesitation.
Then of course a few groups called on this to protest her station as 'doctor' Many gay and lesbian groups would hop to it. Knowing this is Gay Pride Month.

This isn't a first amendment issue so any sources would work well.
I'll ask some folk I know, but NY isn't NJ.

For a bunch of people who advocate critical thinking, I'm frankly shocked at such knee-jerk willingness to kill or torture someone. Yes, what was done was abhorrent and needs to be punished, but murder? Seriously?

I lost my best friend in the whole world to AIDS, and I think 20 years is sufficient, along with a fine and her license revoked.
She refused to treat a patient and she was a total bitch about it. It's offensive to humanity and a disgrace. Nobody deserves to die because of AIDS, like Chuck said, and this is not the sort of crime that warrants an execution, IMO. She should certainly face a just punishment.

Eh, death would be too good for her. She should come to realize in life the harm that she's done. And I don't mean torture, just realising what she has done. Meh, it doesn't happen alot.

In terms of torture, I would only go for torture of the mind... play mind games with her until she goes mad.
Causing physical pain is too easy.
