yes, but if she could tie him up, she'd have to knock him out and then be able to move him and what not. Is she some kind of muscular olympian? The only way she wouldn't have to move him is if he was already in such a location that sex was on his mind anyway and therefore, rape wouldn't be an issue as he was "ready to role."
Also, she could use a strap on - on him, but it would seem that would defeat the purpose at least in some way.
My point is, a woman trying to rape someone like me would be a joke. I'm 6'3 and 225 lbs. Knocking me out would be extremely difficult let alone getting my unconscious body into such a location and position to tie me up and assault me. I just really would like to know how a woman rapes a man????
That's why trickery and guns are options. She doesn't have to attack head on or fight fair.
This is stupid

Still doesn't work. In order to rape me you have to get close to me, and if you bring a weapon within reaching distance while trying to engage your genitals, I'm definitely going to be able to stop her ...... with ease.

There are other ways anyhow, like smothering. And not all males are stronger than females.
Bottom line is, if it happens is as vile as any other rape.

What if she has a friend helping her? And there's all sorts of tools one can employ to incapacitate larger victims. She doesn't have to be fair. Surprise plus the right tool can be very effective.

absolutely as vile. Rape is a horrible thing regardless.
I'm just saying a woman raping a man must be EXTREMELY rare and I'm still not sure how it's done. As for smothering ... unless the woman was a fucking gorilla, there's no way on this green earth a woman would be able to successfully smother me. Also, if I was smothered I would be unconscious, therefore the options for the female rapist would be rather limited and quite possibly far less enjoyable for the one committing the assault.
I'm still going to need some information from someone about how EXACTLY a successful rape of a man by a woman is committed.
A legit news story would probably suffice.

ok I spose that's definitely one way. One of course could argue that that is more of a sexual assault and at most an attempted rape, but still "rape" I suppose.
I doubt that a female victim of a violent rape would really look at this man and say that they shared the same abhorrent crime.

took the words out of my mouth. i was going to say, it could be argued. lol. the man in this article seems to lack the equivalent mental or physical pain of a female being molested or rape by a male. unless of course, the woman had sharp teeth or braces.

The legal definition of rape under Alabama law restricts it to an act performed by a male against a female. That means no woman can be charged with rape nor can anyone be charged with rape if the victim is male.
Quote: Section 13A-6-61
Rape in the first degree.
1. A male commits the crime of rape in the first degree if:
a. He engages in sexual intercourse with a female by forcible compulsion; or
b. He engages in sexual intercourse with a female who is incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated; or
c. He, being 16 years or older, engages in sexual intercourse with a female who is less than 12 years old.
2. Rape in the first degree is a Class A felony.
(Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, §2310.)

Section 13A-6-62
Rape in the second degree.
1. A male commits the crime of rape in the second degree if:
a. Being 16 years old or older, he engages in sexual intercourse with a female less than 16 and more than 12 years old; provided, however, the actor is at least two years older than the female.
b. He engages in sexual intercourse with a female who is incapable of consent by reason of being mentally defective.
2. Rape in the second degree is a Class B felony.
(Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, §2311; Acts 1979, No. 79-471, p. 862, §1; Acts 1987, No. 87-607, p. 1056, §2.)
