Idea: Hell... as an amusement park.

Think about how cool it'd be.
Giant blackened gates open to reveal random pyrotechnics strewn over a sinister looking theme park, a rollercoaster through the lake of fire, a twister surrounded by a thousand screaming souls, dodgems made out like fiery chariots, guys in demon costumes posing with little kids holding balloons.
I think this idea has potential and I think it warrants a brainstorming session in preparation for when one of us inevitably becomes a multi-billionaire... most probably me. :-)

Yeah, if hell existed it probably would be but what I mean is it'd be cool to create an actual amusement park modelled on hell.
If Walt Disney can exploit works of fiction to produce a theme park that earns billions so can we!
Just imagine the publicity. Yes some whackos would try to blow it up but fuck em, we'd be minted.
We need ideas for rides. :-P

That's the best idea for an amusement park I've heard so far. You could add a little feature - the guys in demon costumes could 'brand' random 'sinners' (i.e test-dummies like the one the MythBusters have) that scream (just play some recorded agony screams) when they get branded. I think it'll be nice to have that along.

Just had an idea for one of the rides. Right so its a rollercoaster going the length of Satans body and you basically loop the loop and shit in his dark and blackened insides with all sorts of nasty little phantoms popping out to scare you along the way. Then as the climax you stop, its pitch black, phantoms are closing in... whats going on?
Suddenly it starts up again and you travel really fucking fast up a narrow tunnel... and the roller coaster shoots straight out of Satans cock with a jet of water and stops at the height of the climax so the people inside can appreciate the height they're at and what just happened, thats when "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard" blasts out of various speakers placed strategically around the ride... then shoots back down, back through the insides except this time everythings bright and firey with flames and demons erupting from various places to the point you think the place is going to crumble to the ground... and back to the starting point.

Its got horror, its got humour, its got danger. Its even got a fucking soundtrack and its controversial as hell. Christian groups would go fucking nuts but that'd just give the place more publicity. If they tried to picket it it'd just build to the atmosphere, in the end people would go on the ride to piss them off more than anything.
