I'm not reading this whole thread to see if it's been mentioned yet, but I'd nominate the use of the word "literally" when it's being used to describe something figurative.
e.g.: "Man, I'm so hot. I'm literally on fire!" - no, no you're not. Also, "irregardless" and "not uncommon". RE: Chiches you want to bitch slap.
