I have an idea!
#11
RE: I have an idea!
Please explain to us (christians) exactly what blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is. I've personally have heard different answers, so, until you can prove without a doubt that you have blasphemed the Holy Spirit we shall march on.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

If Min's post isn't an example of blaspheming the Holy Spirit, I don't know what is.
My ignore list

"I choose not to believe in you, Jesus."

If it's not that, then it becomes a contradiction that God forgives all sins but at the same time this is an unforgivable sin.

I've blocked his post because I have no interest in anything he states. You have failed to bring proof of blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Guess you'll have to go back to scripture and seek out what it is.

God does not forgive all sin, unrepentant sin is still alive in one and is seen by the Father.

I was joking about Min....You should unblock him. He's a Christian now! Just last week, he was talking about how egyptian chariot wheels found in the red sea are evidence of the miraculous parting of the water and the sinking of the Pharaoh's army!

Oh goody... another contradiction then.

Acts 13:39
And by him all that believe are justified from all things.

Ditto that. Please can anyone , believer or otherwise, come up with a conclusive and non-ambiguous blasphemy of the Holy Spirit that all or most could agree upon. Don't know why I want to know this . . it's just me not you.

WE have given you the quote out of the book that was not written by us. Dodge it all you want it is right there in black and white that all of us can read. Quoting it multiple times in the same thread isn't going to change the words in it.

You don't agree with the original intent of the writers, too bad. You are merely acting like a brat sticking your fingers in your ears when you hear something you dont like.

"Fuck God" IS blasphemy. You simply don't want to view it that way because that would make your god a petty bully with a glass jaw.

But it doesn't matter in any case because you still buy the stupid idea that a disembodied magical super brain exists, even before you get to word one of your book, or any holy book that claims a sky daddy.

The meme of blasphemy was a litterary divice to threaten people to not question authority. "Obey or else" and saying "fuck God" is an act of defiance to that authority.

Did you miss the part where I said unrepentant sin, duh. That is sin of the unbeliever, duh.

You can blasphemy the Father and Jesus and be forgiven, you blasphemy the Holy Spirit and off you go. So no you do not know the verse and you do not know what blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is, if you did you would have tossed it in my face. Better try again to explain blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, you need to go back to scripture, the rest of your bubs seem to have given up.

That means I will see him in church Sunday morning, correct, tell Min not to forget his KJB, we'll be studying blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.
