My girlfriend drinks it sometimes, but I never liked the taste. Whoa. easy with the national pride, mate. I never claimed it was a persian invention, nor do I really care where it originates from. I merely pointed out that i knew it under a different name than Laban, or in your case, Ayran.
Tea, with milk and two sugars, normally English breakfast or chai.
Sparkling water, this has helped wean me off soda, it's not the sugar/sweetness that I like about soda, it's the bubbles... Iced tea, southern style, so sweet it's almost gross, I was raised in the south after all... Don't keep it in the house or else I get fat, but if I'm at a diner, I go for it. I do enjoy a pre-workout boost in the form of sugar-free Red Bull. I prefer white wine, normally a Pinot Grigio or a not-too-oaky Chardonnay, but I like some reds too. Gin and tonic with a twist of lime. On particularly festive occasions I like a shot of tequila or two, agreed on the no Cuervo front. RE: Your favorite beverages?

I drink water most often, but I enjoy Diet Coke, cranberry juice, Arizona teas, Yoohoo, and chocolate soymik has oddly been tickling my fancy lately (although it tastes not like chocolate or milk).

Sweet ice tea... I'm not big on hot tea at all.
Water with lemon Flavored phosphate soda Milk That's about it for me. 42
I really ahven't had any particularly exotic beverages. I drink water pretty often. I like chocolate milk, but root beer floats are the best.
