God is above conventional reason

I disagree here. Belief in God doesn't come from any foreknowledge. Theists have no information not also available to you.
I'm anti superstitious, for example, and I find my faith strengthens that.
As an atheist I didn't rule out the supernatural. But again, I am more strongly convicted that the supernatural possibilities of personal experiences were mere coincidence given my belief in God.

People from all religions report "personal experiences" that they interpret as somehow "supernatural" or "divine." That, to me, points toward a naturalistic social psychological phenomenon rather than a god or some supernatural agency.

As a christian its obvious you would have to believe in the supernatural, if you believe in the bible that is, god turns sticks into snakes, makes virgins pregnant and so on, those things are outside the laws of nature as we know it.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Not all Christians accept those myths as fact. Evangelicals and fundamentalists do, but more liberal believers see them as simply myths meant to teach moral or "spiritual" lessons.

Somehow, I don't equate believing in a disembodied spirit whom you must appease with rituals and assurances of its existence, lest bad things happen, as being "anti-superstitious".

I'm guessing fr0d0 has his own private dictionary, one where all the words are defined in non-standard ways and that only make sense if one confines oneself to that dictionary alone.

Listening to him talk is like that Monty Python skit where the tourist, scrutinizing a bilingual dictionary, asks to have his buttocks fondled, to which the British gent replies, "Oh, down one block, and on the left."

Me neither. I'm glad you cleared that up for us though.

Fr0d0, if you don't mind me asking, what is it that you do believe?

You have no reason because you don't want to accept any reason.

Again - provide a testable and verifiable proof of the existence of YOUR god

EVERY time I ask - you argue against proof - but offer NONE.

I can only assume from your AVOIDING the issue is that you have no basis for your claims.

If you did - we would all have heard it many times by now

I'm not avoiding the issue. Hell, this topic is purely addressing the issue. I've already said what I had to said about proof on the first couple of pages. You can read them, and we can debate from there.
