I think the technical term for this is 'a load of old bollocks'.
The problem with Quantum Physics (and I don't mean String versus Loop Quantum Gravity) is that any old quack can jump on the 'half-arsed' band waggon and claim QP 'allows for it'. The strangness of QP (compared to Newtonian Physics) is not an excuse to make shit up.
What's next? QP can help us walk on water and feed 5,000 with a happy meal...
Before you know it we'll have Christian Theoretical Physicists claiming the Higgs field is the Garden of Eden and how 'interesting' it is that Boson's look like tiny apples FFS.
I suspect Robert Lanza might need to see a proper grief counselor.

"I think I use the term “radical” rather loosely, just for emphasis. If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)
