The subject is one question. The post is another question.
Belief and knowledge are not the same thing.
Are you now going to pretend you do not know the difference or are you truly to stupid to understand the difference?

Lets take what's known in philosophy as Generic Philosophical Monotheism (GPM - get to know it if you are in to philosophy).
Basically the source of existence, separate from existence, Omniscient, Omnipotent...
Apparently like this deist position referred to earlier.
(Take note Minimalist as people now try to prove things without evidence - it can be done Minimalist and I'm sure some of our atheist friends will gladly attempt this age old thing using something called logic)
So GPM... can you know that there is no such thing as this God.
Don't worry, unlike minimalist I will accept rational proofs and not just an evidential claim...
(PS I am not going to clutter up this discussion over whether or not it is possible to know if there is no God by providing evidence for God - read carefully:
I'm asking if it is rationally possible to know that there is no God)
The difference is up for grabs between belief and knowledge and has been since Plato highlighted the distinction between the two. I'll start another thread for that....

It's rationally possible to know that Santa Claus does not exist, why not God?

So FINALLY rhythm you admit that you can have knowledge about God not existing.
But do you still maintain that this knowledge cannot cause any effect in behaviour?
Please - yes or no (its been a long day)

So.. I create a being (in my head, let's call it 'tac') that has no discernible interaction with our world, I claim tac exists and then ask of anyone who doesn't believe me: can you prove that tac doesn't exist?
If not, then there's a possibility that it does exist...
There we go: we've just made up an infinity of entities that have no interaction with the Universe in any discernible manner.
Is your behavior any different whether or not you believe in tac's existence?

Finally? No, it doesn't cause any effect in my behavior (but how are we suppose to measure this anyway?), why would it?

Please read again to understand my question pocaracas.
It is about if knowledge that there is no such thing as God can lead to someone to do something...
Rhythm says no...
I said that due to the irrational behaviour of humans that this knowledge could lead to something. He tries to evade by changing the goal post to not having knowledge about God but I say you can have have knowledge that God does not exist (as does Rhythm) but that this knowledge can also lead to behaviour... (Rhythm previously disagreed with the last bit)

B-MINE
Whats that....due to what again? Troll answers his own trollposts.
The goalpost is the same here as it is in any of the other threads were you're peddling the same garbage (and has never moved). You need to do work.
