I recently bought a Jeep and it has a removeable hard-top. It weighs a little under 200 lbs. We've had beautiful weather lately and I wanted to be able to drive up and down the beach with the top off, but my 110 lb girlfriend was not much help in assisting me. I don't have a garage, so my plan was to create a hoist assembly that I could use operate by myself to lift off the top. I had to figure out a way to use a tree branch as my boom.

I made another mess yesterday. I was trying to tip out of date soup into the toilet, at my wife's request.

Sadly I make more messes than anything else.

It's the way she wants it disposed of for some reason! I've tried to argue the case for sanity but lost. I think it's one of those weird learned behaviours.
